Apple library was quite something where you can find all Apple products. This place is right next to many lovely hotels. There is no library by the way because it has moved down the street now the library is known as the Martin Luther King Jr. library which is about five minutes walk. The staff at the Apple library were very supportive, informative and ready to help you at any time.

We walked in to find two customers having a dispute which was being handled by security. In fact, there seemed to be more security than employees in general. We knew what we wanted and were directed to wait for the sales associate assigned to the table. After 15 minutes, we noticed no one was approaching us so we found another employee. He informed us the team was gathering downstairs for an colleague’s going away. This was at approximately 6:40pm, well in advance of closing. He let me know there would be 4 team members to serve all patrons and at that point advised we could order online or be added to a digital wait list. We opted to visit a store in VA and head to dinner early. I would advise all customers to avoid this location if looking for quality customer service. It is unfortunate given the beautiful location and history of the building.

I came to this store about 2 weeks ago to great my new laptop I purchased about a month a half before. I was told I it would take about a week to get fixed. I’m a student it was my final week, so I kept my half screen laptop. Then I made an appointment was stack in traffic so I there late. I was told my appointment was canceled. I was willing to wait all I wanted to do was drop it off. They refused to do so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager didn’t even bother to hear me or help. The young girl just came back to say there is nothing she can do. This is by far the worst experience ever. I have an IPhone & I pad and a Mac feel so powerless. This mega companies monopolized everything and treated us like we don’t pay our had work money:

This former Carnegie Library is a very nice Apple Store. The building itself is beautiful and Apple keeps it very clean. Many of the staff members sign which is great as Gallaudet is not far from this location. I placed an order online and it was ready for pick up in less than an hour. Apple staff I interacted with were very helpful and polite. There are “how to”classes which you can register for in advance. I took one star off because the people working security are rude and condescending. Otherwise, this is by far the best Apple Store I’ve experienced.

It is the most aesthetically beautiful Apple Stores I have ever been to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They certainly knew their stuff. The visit was shorter than expected but was well worth the trip. Thanks
